How do I place my first order?
Sign in, add funds, open the new order form, pick a service, drop your link, set quantity, and submit. The receipt updates live.
Do you need my social account password?
Never. We only need the public link to the post or profile. If anyone asks for your platform password, walk away.
How fast does delivery start?
Most services start within minutes. Each service shows a typical completion window so you can plan ahead.
What if delivery drops?
Services marked with refill let you request a top-up directly from the orders page. Click Refill and we'll restart the delivery on the same link.
Can I cancel an in-progress order?
Only services flagged "cancel" can be stopped mid-delivery. Unused quantity is refunded to your balance automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online gateway (instant credit) and bank transfer (manual confirmation, 5-30 minutes). See the Add Funds page for methods active in your region.
Can I resell with my own panel?
Yes — child panels let you spin up your own branded interface on top of our infrastructure. Bring your domain, we ship the panel.
Is there an API?
Yes — a clean REST/JSON API for orders, status, refill, cancel, balance. Your key is on the API page. Rate limits apply per account.
